Online casino and sports-betting platform BC Game has formally presented Ali "Ako" Muhanned as its Chief Executive Officer. The company says the move builds on his long involvement in its brand strategy, international partnerships and development, and gives him a more public role leading the business.
Muhanned said much of his earlier work took place behind the scenes, with staff and partners, and that he now wants players to have a more direct connection with him. He also said he has cared about BC Game since it was founded, when he was 19. In his words, trust is built by what happens when something goes wrong rather than by announcements.
He set out three commitments aimed at bringing player feedback into how the company finds and fixes problems. The first is monthly open sessions in which he will answer player questions and share updates. The second is a dedicated escalation channel, so that unresolved player issues reach a team reporting directly to the CEO. The third is a series of regular public progress reports covering the issues players raise most often, the action taken and the work still to be done.
BC Game says that under his leadership it will concentrate on improving its core casino and sports-betting experience, strengthening international partnerships and pursuing what it calls responsible growth in new markets. Community and entertainment will remain part of the strategy, alongside a focus on service quality and responsible gaming.
